I’m feeling very down .I’ve lost my hope in my life . I feel worthless and I’m not even able to express my thoughts completely to a person or even a counsellor. I’m in medication for nearly 2 years for bipolar disorder. Now it’s getting worse as I don’t have any one to share when I fell like expressing. I didn’t even have a pleasant childhood and good memories to be recalled. If I need to open up I need to start from the incidents which started to disturb me mentally when I was in 7 th grade . I don’t have a clear vision about my future. I’m helpless. I don’t get care when needed .if it’s hurt physically people can see and will understand the suffering and give help whereas I’m totally shattered mentally and I couldn’t express and explain. I badly need help

You know it’s okay to be unknown about life. It’s okay to not have a specific goal. I used to be anxious about I was living my life as well but then I realized that there was no reason to be so. Do things when you feel like doing it. It’s alright if people around are developing things in a fast pace. You should do things in your own way. Of course, when others get better than you, that’ll get you motivated to work harder. But that’s the only feeling you should have, do not feel worthless. Everyone develops at their own pace so don’t feel like you’re constantly trying to catch up to them. You don’t have to be far sighted, well everyone tells you to do so, but it’s not that necessary. Try figuring things out step by step, like what you’ll do tomorrow or what you’ll do the next month. You really don’t need to rush things
