Im feeling sad and awfull today, i have a huge ches pain and im kinda β€œlost” in everything. Lost my Mom on the 7 of January and my father on 21 of march due to covid. Since then i just cried myself to sleep and i didnt want to talk to none. I talked to my psychologist and he told me to, at least, talk with my gf…i tried to reach her multiple times for the past 4 days and she just ghousted me.

i dont know what to do right now

Damn man you are very strong. I pray your parents may rest in peace.
Coming to your gf, is she even your other half if she couldn’t support you at your worst. Talk to your friends, your relatives, be surrounded with ones who can support you emotionally. Do something that makes you happy, dance, play games or something like that <3
