I’m feeling really stressed. I can’t concentrate on my studies or anything. I feel really tired, lonely, and nervous every day, and that when I will talk about stress and anxiety whether my friends or family would able to understand it or not. I am not able to control my worrying. I feel as if I’m not good at anything and in doing things perfectly I end up doing nothing at all and later worry and overthink about the things I was not able to do.

Don’t take so stress. When you feel restless listen to some music and take deep breathe and drink some water.


Write everything down on a piece of paper and either burn it or tear it apart into the pieces and you gonna feel much better. Your thoughts are going in loop and loop and you need to vent them out.
