I’m feeling really stressed. I can’t concentrate on my studies or anything. I feel really tired, lonely, and nervous every day, and that when I will talk about stress and anxiety whether my friends or family would able to understand it or not. I am not able to control my worrying. I feel as if I’m not good at anything and in doing things perfectly I end up doing nothing at all and later worry and overthink about the things I was not able to do.
