I’m feeling down.

I have a good career, good salary. However this job is just not for me. I have no passion in doing it. I take pride in doing the best in everything that I do, however this time it’s a bit different. I feel like I fails everyone. I fails my team. I used to get praised when I first started in this position, but now it feels like I disappoint people around me. I have no confidence, I started to gain weight and I feel extremely unattractive. My boyfriend has to put up with my mood swings. One time I am this happy girlfriend, and suddenly I dont feel like talking to him or anyone. Why Am I like this. I feels like I have no direction or goals in life. I should be grateful with this pandemic I am still able to have a roof over my head. But why am I still feeling anxious

Maybe some apprehensions,some fears or just plain overthinking

Think
Do you want to quit this job
Do something else
Donot bother about what others will say
Just listen to your heart.
Make decision for urself.

All will be perfect.

Pls donot burden urself with so many expectations

Just read that text you typed just and you will know why you are feeling anxious.
Life might appear so easy for some people but sometimes you need to take some time off the stress and unwind everything and get back at life . Don’t blame yourself for being yourself. Its not selfish to want to be alone for sometime.
May be you could share what you are feeling with your boyfriend.
You spend half of your adult life at your job. So get one you see fit to your needs. Or work on the current one and see where things are going wrong. If you want to fix it then go ahead.

Be kind to yourself.
Count on the people and things you have in your life.
