Iā€™m feeling a bit low today, well thatā€™s happening since a week. Idk but m overthinking a lot these days, I want to keep myself busy with work but when I try doing so I easily get distracted. All I think about is how m bad at some things , how should I face all this alone, I still havenā€™t recovered from my past trauma, that trauma changed me as a person, It made me doubt my self esteem and confidence, I got social anxiety, Iā€™m also facing some relationship issues, I get attached too quickly, all I crave is for Love, I want to be happy. Im a very soft hearted person, I get hurt easily, I even thought of having a therapist but I canā€™t tell all this to my parents as they wonā€™t understand my inner feelings.

Hey try telling your parents they would definitely understand! And if you think you need a therapist you should see one! Till then STAY STRONG! and Be Happy:)

Hey! I understand how you feel but I want to tell you that you are a really strong person and that I am sending you a big hug. You are such a powerful person. Yes, trauma changes us but at some point we need to heal ourselves and talking to a therapist will be the right thing, in my personal opinion. I feel you should try convincing your parents, give it a shot!
