I’m crying and crying but change is not happening within me? I don’t know why still many days I have to cry? When will I change myself and change happens? I don’t know why I’m stuck in this sad and letting myself down cycle.

I’m letting myself down. I’m not confident about myself. I’m presenting myself infront of eveyone as I’m worthless. It is main reason for all of my problems
I can relate to you to an extend. I was there at one point in my life. What I can say is that if you are trying to change to become a better version of yourself. Keep going. Don’t overthink about the things that you are doing. Try an open up about it to someone you trust. Keep telling yourself that you can do it because if you don’t believe in yourself no body can help you. You can talk to me if you want I won’t judge. Hope this help
And yes stay away from toxic people because no matter how much you try to level up, they will pull you down. Such people thrive on others failures.
