3am Thoughts

I can remember my ex really trying at one-time to make the relationship work but he was still looking at lingerie models online and downloading their pictures. How could I trust him knowing that he was doing that? He also said things about my weight like calling me hefty, referring to my wide hips, and also warned me that someone at his church would say something about my weight. How could I have let this go? Was I wrong?

I do not FEEL that I'm unworthy. I KNOW that im unworthy.

Depression

Day 162 of writing journal entries.

Today was a nice day! I went golfing with my grandpa, I scored some REALLY good shots, and some REALLY bad ones ahaha. After we golfed we went to sterlings, it was so gooood. 🤤

Once that was done I came home and just hung out in my room doing nothing as usual lol. So it was a good day! I hope everyone else is doing alright. :)
