I’m addicted to hustling, I get depressed when I feel like I’m not being productive like rn 

Anxiety

Intro

I love my partner and he is also good to me but I always feel anxious around him and some how I keep finding faults in him.

Exhausted

Why is there so much loneliness in life inspite of this huge population 

Lonely

I couldn’t file a case against him, because I didn’t know who he was. So I had to let it go.

Binge Eating

I feel so down, I dont think I want to go to school tomorrow. I just feel so depressed. 

Depression

I am not able to concentrate in offline classes as i used to before... I get unneccessary thoughts from the middle of nothing and when i realize it... I can't connect to what the teacher was saying...  Please tell someting to improve concentration i want to be attentive honestly

Overthinking

With the new year that we have entered into, let's understand that:
Situations in life might differ and change; but what is constant is you believing and being with your own self. 
Remember to be your own friend, talk, laugh, cry and love, for, you are one precious thing the universe thought to create. Isn't that miraculous enough?
Let's make what's coming a new chapter of our lives, which shows up as the brightest thing ever seen. 

Affirmations

Life is not as beautiful or full as I want it to be and I am the one completely responsible. A lot of my friends are the kinda people who are beautiful inside out and I, a full fledged adult, still feel like an ugly duckling. Some people I know have lives that feel beautiful. But more than anything, it's also coz they are beautiful. They have some or the other quality that makes me amazed they have it, as I wonder why don't they have self-awareness to rationalise that quality, that anomaly...but they don't and that's what makes it is so endearing. I don't have any quality like that, that kind of positive outlook, enriching fullness,  completeness, confidence, boldness, optimistic ignorance. I am not sensible or responsible. I am also not smart. I keep thinking, I should have something. Some great quality. But really I don't have anything. Its also mortifying I wasted my whole childhood and still didn't learn how to be a good beautiful person, have something unique, something that makes my soul shine through. Infact, I had very little expectations of how much beautiful the world can be. I only see through the world of my friends that it can be very magical, very beautiful. How can I have something which I never expected the world to be anything like anyway?  I don't know how to make life work for me in the way I want it to work for me and I am much too pedantic and practical to suspend myself and change anything. I can only listen to stories and appreciate them and inwardly wish for something similar...again and again and again.
