I’m a working professional who once used to be highly talkative and dynamic till my college days. I was diagnosed with migraine when I was in 11th standard. There have been a couple of troublesome events in the family as well as my project group which mentally caused me a lot of distress. Thankfully it was also the time I got support from my partner whom I’ve been with for over 2 years now. He’s the only person I’ve been with and he has always been supportive. It has been a year since I’ve been more depressed than throughout my college time. I was detected with COVID-19 in August 2020, post which things have gotten worse. I feel like I am stuck in a four walled room with no escape. Constantly fighting my thoughts and emotions. This has also affected my relationship which has been 70% long distance. I had started taking therapy but somehow I didn’t feel like continuing and gave when I had started making progress.
