It makes me sick how people can be so egoist and only care about themeselves. Its hard to even love yourself when someone creates so much hate around you.

I hate my ex for moving on and probably getting a bf n lately I've been hating every good little thing about her. Like the makeup shes been putting up nowadays etc. God help me Ik I shouldn't hate TBH a part of me is even happy that she's happy but still this hates rises up from time to time

 I feel horrible. My boyfriend cheated on me 3 months ago and I still feel horrible about it. He lied to me and said he was rape and then he said that he cheated on me but didn't want me hurt. He apologized me and said that I was the only girl he wants. I have told him about my grudge against this time and he gets angry at me for telling him how I feel. He tells me that the girl he cheated on me with was far more beautiful and that he was going to continue to do it. He told me he also gas lighted me and only dated me for his own entertainment. When he I don't mention how I feel he is so much more happier.  This has made me feel angry all the time and I feel drained by him.  I can never feel happiness only when we have sex. I was diagnosed with BPD back and I feel extremely disgusted with myself when he doesn't message me right away.  I think that he's cheating on me again and start to have lower self esteem than usual. When I leave him I feel suicidal but when I stay I feel suicidal. I feel like I'm stuck in a horrible situation and that I'm trapped. The only happiness I experience is when we have sex. That's the only thing that takes my mind off of the situation. Otherwise, I'm burned out most of the time. I feel so exhausted and unmotivated. Just thinking about what he did to me makes my heart sink. 🤕💔

I love her but I feel she doesn't want to hangout with me much lately. Cancelling meet ups. I am the only one initiating meetings. Any tips? Should we end it?
