Iβm 23 years old girl,please help me out Iβm punishing myself on my head that Iβm wasting time and energy and procrastinating not doing anything in my To-do list ,scrolling social media,finding motivation and techniques but able to overcome. Have low self esteem and thinking that Iβm not worthy of my dreams . Iβm suffering multiple health issues and not doing my job at best. I want a solution for forgiving myself and to love myself and im worthy . HELP ME

Wellβ¦the joke was in poor taste Iβm sorry. But it sounds like u need a break from everything first. Is there a particular incident that is causing u to lose motivation leading to u not wanting to do even basic things? Because I feel like thereβs a story and we gotta get to the bottom of it first before helping u come out of it

Few years back i was in the same situation,had a lot goals nd dreams but what i had done is simply like u socializing all the time wasting my time ,but one day ,one night changed my whole day to day life, i followed my simple strategy , start with zero ,so the next day i started with 10 min read per hour ,i know i wont gonna succed in my first day ,but i havenβt given up ,i slowly increased my time ,in the intial stages i failed to read even for few minutes,but now i can focus 14 hrs ,with up to 8 productive hours i was addicted to games so i made promise on my mom ,i never gonna play single game up to my exams,that worked for slowly i even lost intrest in games, main thing is wake up early ( i knew its the hardest task βonly in intialdaysβ once u started to wake up early u will see the magic of morning, u r entire day gonna change ) mm well if u have time daily try to watch jimrhon youtube videos ( he changed my entire thought process)
You need to accept this things so your mind become calm. Then you can think what you can do to fix it. Start setting small goal. And once that goal achieve give yourself appreciation.

Watch your impulses , donβt control , just watch them.
Whenever you feel hungry , donβt take food and just watch yourself.
Whenever you feel angry , donβt react , just watch yourself.
To control your impulses you need to watch yourself first.
After you learn to watch , you will take correct actions on the basis of your observation.
Donβt let your mind , your enemy rationalise harmful decisions in your favour.
