hey single mamas. need some advice on getting my 4 yr old to follow a schedule being that she will be starting school soon after we are done with quarantine. she listens but she doesnt want to listen if it has to do with going to bed early. lol or taking a nap. she knows the basics such as brushing teeth, washing face, getting dress, & using the toilet. im just having a hard time trying to make her understand why she should go to bed early and take her naps. she starts to throw tantrums when i say "its time for bed" or "time to take a nap". how do i encourage early bed times and naps?.........especially because we have all this time in quarantine to prepare.

I'm jealous of my friend and I hate it. She's just better at anything that I like. We like a lot of the same things and I hate that. I like fake plants, she likes fake plants. I start watching a new anime, she starts it too and finishes it faster. I like a game, she likes the same game and plays it more. I want a book and start reading it, she reads the same book and finishes it. I do something, she does something and does far better at it. Then I turn to not like that thing and lose motivation to do it because I feel like I'm copying her. I want to improve, but don't know where to start. And it's not helping that her mental health is not the best atm. I want to be there for her, but I feel like I can't
