I try to avoid him when he comes over by making excuses, in return I get scolded from my parents that my attitude and behaviour is not right. When he calls, i donāt want to talk but end up getting scolded by my parents. I feel helpless. I want to cease my existence.

If are not comfortable to tell your parents all this straight to their face then u can write a letter/note or u can send a message to them about what happened or u can ask your trustworthy friend to talk to them about all this
