I have a male friend who talks non stop. Like he never stops talking and he talks loudly. I’m a silent lover, I sometimes don’t feel like talking at all, he’ll start pestering me by asking ‘why are you not talking blah blah blah’ ugh I’ve told him a million times that sometimes I don’t feel like socialising. We’re in a large group and I’m the only person he does this to. He always irritates me with his blah blah and others have actually said that they feel bad for me. He’s nice though, he offers help whenever anyone needs help. I like all that but his ‘talks’ makes me super irritated and I don’t feel like replying to him. I feel bad because he’s a nice guy. By now I’ve asked him a 100 times to shut up. Nothing’s working.

3am Thoughts

PART 1

My engagement got called off the evening of the engagement function at the venue. The man said no and walked away. He then came back later in the night apologising and requested a patch up. I gave him chance. He called it off again after fifteen days citing his family issues. He then came back again and for four months made me believe that he wants to stick to him commitment of marriage till one day when he started behaving badly and ghosted me without any word. 


Depression

I am very sensitive but my boyfriend doesn't understand that. He says whatever he feels like but never thinks about my feelings. He knows I am sensitive but he doesn't care. 
How should I make him understand that evrything he says is not okay and that he should understand my feelings too.

Frustration

My exam is coming up and I am feeling so scared . It’s not like I haven’t been studying but I feel like i am not doing enough . I want to give my all I really do but when I try to focus all these negative thoughts haunt me . Will I make it ? What if I don’t ? What will I do next ? I know thinking like this won’t help me and I need to to focus on the present but it’s easier said then done . My dream ... my goals . I really want to try harder . I am so stressed . 
I will make it right ? I can do it right ?
