Am I a coward? Or selfish? Literally everyone else in my family, like my cousins and sisters are so much better than me In like every way. They're all athletic, they do sports like netball and little athletics and dance and I don't do any of that. They're all fit and have friends and confidence and I have my anxiety, no friends, or confidence and independence. I don't even have a licence and all my cousins and sisters do. Im like the last young adult in my family to not have their Ls or Ps. What is it that makes me so cowardly!? I don't like this. I just seem to back out of everything and sit in my room like a loner. I'm so over life. 

I keep imagining my family hurting me violently

I feel like my family never understands me and will never listen to me with an open-mind, but they just keep pretending they know me… They don’t believe in me but they keep pretending they do and when I tell them its ok if you don’t believe in me, if you ever feel the need to test me on anything Im fine with it, they say Im scolding them that they won’t believe in me. 

When you have a dysfunctional family, you dont need anything or anyone to make ur mental health bad, family which should feel like a supportive home enough to it worse.
