I struggled so much in this position of work but my closest work friend is moving to a different project she helped me so much when i was new. I will miss her alot fr I got tears when she said but i couldn't let her know I'm so sensitive i just get attached quickly. We met 8-9 months ago ofcourse this is a good amount of time for me to be this attached..but all others of this team are way back from 2+ years I thought they would feel more sad than me but nooo idk if they are hiding like me too.but i am so empathetic you know i can guess others feelings from their text itself while I'm watching them in video and audio i know they're not sad. They just want their work to be done..wow i didn't expect that you know i just decided no way I'm waiting for more months with this salary for this..no way they wouldn't even blink I guess if i leave. I love her i will miss her and yes one senior disrespects her in many situations he will now know she is the only one who did overtime and delivered on time even with last minute requests..i want to tell it to him in face but yk clients .can't actually say that. Anyway I'll leave before this year ends. PERIOD.
