I don’t really. I usually talk to myself, can’t say it always helps but right now I’m choosing to focus on the needs of others because I know how it feels to not have anyone to talk to, it’s very painful.

I can’t completely say that I don’t have people I can talk to but they don’t quite understand and it mostly makes me feel worse which makes it hard for me to talk to people and in return I don’t really talk to people anymore. Wow all of those questions were intertwined with each other.

Well so it is all comes to on that point that they dont understand u and either they judge u or either they dont care about u so that the reason u dont talk anymore maybe judgement makes things worse

Very true, I’m sort of a big people pleaser and im passive, I hate it. I can’t wait to not care what people think about me so much.

Well i think everyone is some sort of people pleaser maybe due to our society or values that everyone should like us or kinda things and how u become passive ?? And i think something is wrong with our moral values maybe society is more judgement in these times
