Can you think of what makes you depressed? Try tracing it towards your stress. You can try sleeping by listening to peaceful music and meditate as you lie on your bed or listen to your favorite music. Music is like your friend. Doing art might help you ease your depression. I am here to listen. Keep strong.
Sometimes you just need a good cry, even if you don’t know the reasons behind it. Crying is kinda therapeutic for me.
You can also try writing a journal/diary. Just write whatever comes to your mind and your daily routine. And later on, when you read that, you might be able to understand exactly what is making you sad. I know many people say this but meditation actually helps. Spending some time with yourself peacefully while meditating might help you look at your thoughts and feelings in a different way.
Also, try going outdoors and meditate rather than in your room or balcony.
I hope you feel better. Sending virtual hugs
Hlo,
Pain is inevitable and stopping it is not in our hands. But the way we deal it makes us better. If you feel like crying , crying your heart out till there’s no pain in you. Once you are finished write about it in your diary or take a photo on your mobile so that you can understand how one feels after getting relieved from pain. Don’t stop your pain it just increases till the end.
Give up on the pain and cry …
You have many friends share with them if you feel embarassed to cry.
