Idk how can i start but it’s just im having some issues with myself and my gf and her bbf where the two of them are really closed to each other and there’s nothing wrong with it but sometimes my mind is always messed up and i think a lot of things in my head that i want to release i want to do something but all i think is about doing something risky like to hurt myself or even further, kill myself. It’s just im having a lot of insecurities that affects my mental health and also my physical health that makes me want to do something about it and what im always doing is just i always bump my head thorugh the wall cry and cry all over and after doing such things i just stop and then pretend nothing happen so idk if that is affecting my head about what im thinkin bcz i always bump my head a lot of times like every night i just bump my head through the wall and then cry and cry and then smack myself and then calm and pretend like nothing happened at all. I just hope that all that i think is pretty inaccurate and less likely to happen because i don’t know what to do like i give her everything and like a lot of every stuff and i just hope that the days that im thinkin that something bad is gonna happen won’t happen in the future.

I understand that you love ur gf alot…
But dnt u love urself a little bit also???
See harming urself,bumping ur head or crying
All this will have a very massive impact on your physical as well as mental health…
It will take a heavy toll…
See whatever has to happen will happen…
Thinking so much about future…
Or staying so stressed about future
Willnot change ur future
Rather it will just harm your present…
See try to figure out ur thoughts very very clearly
What is it that is bothering you so very much
Just note it down
All of it…
After that is done
Think rationally over every point you have noted
Think but not overthink
Dnt assume
Dnt speculate…
Once that is done
Find out about all the points u need clarity on
N talk to ur gf
Talk to her very very clearly
Sort it out…

No point in pretending
Because this pretending will keep u more trapped
Express ur feelings
Express ur insecurities
If your gf is the right person for you
She will understand and clear things…
That is what is required at the moment…

Communication is very very crucial
So communicate your fears
Your insecurities
Let her answer…
