No that’s fine if you don’t want to get married, here people marry to have thier own loving family and transfer thier belongings to blood children.

It’s difficult to make them understand at any age. Their world view is different from ours and there is nothing we can do about it. Some people understand their kid’s point of view (irrespective of right or wrong) but some still push only their point of view to be the rightest of the right. Gently explain them your viewpoints, hope they will understand the same in some time.
