She said “let me go” at least this time.. i value her so much.. i have taken her for granted thst why she broke up and she doesn’t want to be in relationship with anyone.. but we really love each other., we talk sometimes.. that day she said mistakenly “apn apne ghar me na…” and the started crying.. m trying o move on but cant , its been 6 months..😣😭 what should i do.. i dont want to brk our bond fship n rship but she is suffocated .. she should realise my worth too.. suggestion .. what should i do now . Pl help

My mind is always so active that it's almost like I'm living in my head jumping from one thought to another, kinda disconnected with the present.

Came across this Joey Green's saying and setting this as an intention for the day,

Depressed

Today I feel more alone than I ever have. In my story I feel like I'm the bad guy. 
5 year ago I met a woman I was lonely and depressed. I feel I love with her the second we met. But I had issues myself. We got close very quickly. She was pregnant within three months. During that time for I don't know why...I messaged an escort and said very inappropriate things. We stayed together I was a peice of garbage to do that to someone. I did the same thing to her two seperate times a year apart. Her trust in me was more than gone and she still stayed with me because she loved me and wanted to make this work. But there was other problems. My anger my tone of voice my guestures. .it was all negative and bad and I didn't treat her with the respect and compassion I would want my mother or sister treated with. She had extreme back pain and left work at covid and tried to go back only to not be able to work for a year to this date. Everything a out her changed because the pain was that bad. I was the complete opposite of caring and compassionate...I was an asshole. I didn't understand how she was feeling and I still had some anger problems and in my tone or the way I would speak. Eventually she told me I had to leave and I did and it was less than nice. For the following months I was nice to her in anyway possible. After some time we were able to talk amicably and share some feelings. So for the last four months my ex has come over when I have my son... I talked to a help line and tried changing all my negative behavior and the way I speak with my words and my tone. I found out my ex was still in love with me but didn't want a relationship with anyone but told me she couldn't be without me. But just as friends for now. But wants me to talk to her everyday...call her every night before bed if she'll talk...but I'll get txts and pictures from her everyday. She will not commit to me in anyway shape or form. Talking about " us " gives her more reasons to put up more walls. And she does so and I push her away a little more everytime. I've probably lost her for good now and have to accept it no matter how much u dislike it. I'm a good person and I've made a lot of bad choices. She's more than just a warm body to way but she is so scared from her past and the trauma I created she's broken now and it's my fault. If I had just been more compassionate carrying and loving I would have married her...I've done nothing but push her away. She wants many things in life but would prefer to live in the moment and not think about the future...think of us together makes her remember all the shitty times we had and the good times leave. 
She hates me and loves me
This isn't a positive relationship 
It's two sad people in life . I'm sad and have made about human being sad and feel worthless.
I love and miss her every second of everyday 
I'm not a good person. I've lost who I am I think... I just see this 35 yo man who grew up too slow.

Lonely

I am someone who doesn't likes her body but yesterday while changing I just thought of stepping in front of the mirror and looking at my body and I unknowingly started appreciating my appearance and I felt so confident you cant even imagine how happy and confident I felt about myself  and I told me self that why am i so insecure about something that is so beautiful 

Self Love

My husband has stopped kissing or hugging me for 2-3 years now. Although he is nice to me. Is this a sign or losing interest? I am confused.
