I went through a breakup 2 months ago. It had become quite toxic. But i kept going. My boyfriend was very insecure and jealous. I tried my best to calm his insecurities and kept giving him assurance that I won’t leave. It only kept piling up. He would never accept his mistakes and would play the victim card. He asked me to cut off some of my friends. He used to keep checking my phone. We were together for a year but he had no trust. There came a point when I got tired. I said no to him for once and he broke up. He played the victim card again. Instead of apologizing, he blamed me for cheating on him. He never made an effort to mend it or come back. He posted shit about me on social media as well. It’s been 2 months since all this happened but I’m not able to get over it. I tried everything but i wake up with anxiety and fear.

Actually it is best if you stop using social media for few days and give a break to it because social media will keep on messing ur mind. Block all those mf’s who are bothering you.
Keep yourself busy to avoid this sensitive topic ,
Don’t use any sleeping pills or stuff because you will become possessed to them.
Try to avoid all of this relationship topic’s for few days.
