I went through a break up a year ago and I was doing just fine. In fact, my ex and I settled things in a friendly way and we are civil now. We have no contact except for important things like bank transactions and such. I felt like I had progress. But lately I can’t stop thinking about her and I tried to distract myself but ended up frustrated because I feel like I really really miss her. I don’t know if this is normal? I feel like I’ve regressed on my progress or going to a relapse. Do you experience that to?

Noo, whatever you’re going through is just normal, don’t doubt your progress. Its life in simple terms, we’ll miss someone someday and its inevitable. Just be true to yourself and trust your progress

The thing is if a boy and girl are still friends after break up it means that they are either still in love or they never were.

You ARE making progress. It’s normal to doubt yourself sometimes. If it’s getting really difficult then try socializing, making new friends, developing new hobbies.
