I watch a lot of porn. I know its normal to think about porn and sex. But kindof it affects my studies and work. I think about pussys and fucking all the time. Hey, this is something which many teenagers go through and its pretty natural to have all those urges as it is because of many hormonal changes, this could be something devastating for a man because then that is how his life revolves around. Now as you go through this, there will in time a saturation period were nothing will excite you more than the thought of you staying in the same place as you were before. The mental frustration of stay at the same place in life will be more overwhelming than such thoughts which will always lead you to again watch porn and satisfy yourself, because after that satisfaction you are temporarily relived from all the burden of life. Try articulating a skill or a hobby which brings more of your creative side of you and to keep up with your mental health. Keep in mind such urges only feel validated until you either have done it or made yourself conscious of your needs. Every time you get that urge you are conditioned to go and do your stuff, which you need to reverse or stop the conditioning to unconsciously getting you to do that. There is a meeting coming up about “career” join that and see what all you can gather. Maybe having some more knowledge about career could get you to be more focused on being productive than just being lethargic. Be grateful, for all what you have in life, make it a daily practice of saying you are grateful for stuff you have. Every time you have that urge have the audacity to confront it, make yourself aware of it, and start working on that other skills which bring out the creativity or bring mental stability to you.
