I was in depression as I have gone to heartbreak two times… And I am again feeling anxiety attacks from few days. In last relationship I got tortured by my partner for money. Now I am with person who helped me throughout and at first he is my best friend. But cause he is working he didn’t get daytime to talk or not much time for conversation and also he is not that much talking person. But when this happens I start having anxiety attacks feeling of loneliness. He loves me respects me knows that he is not been able to give that much time due to his work or other things but instead of that everything is fine but I don’t know why I feel scary everytime I have thought of loosing him can’t share these things as he will also be upset don’t know how to deal with it. That anxiety feeling kills me everytime. I am happy with him but don’t know what’s wrong.

I think you just might need some knew friends, so more friends in general. It may not necessarily stop the loneliness, but it could help. Maybe you could be depressed? Try to make sure you treat yourself well and talk to a therapist if you can :)

I have no permanent friend there are two living far from me and they are busy in their life rest if I trust anyone they will leave for sure that’s why I don’t have any friend here
