I was in a rltnshp for 6 yrs and recently we broke up…I am now preparing for my exms…due to that rltnshp I’ve never had any close frnds with whom I can share everything…now I am feeling alone…my mind is always diverted towards loneliness break up n all…it seems my mind is sleeping…i am not able to focus on my exms its becoming so difficult for me to deal with this

Same story bus breakup hua nahi h but surely hoga ek din ye jrur pata h and ye dar breakup hone se bhi jyda bura hai har time dar lgta h usko khone ka even i don’t knw how can deal with this situation my relationship also 6 yr old but abhi se dar lagta h soch k jb wo door chala jayega kese rahugi this thought always scared me

U can live without any issue babe…it’s just u hv an attachment that will stay but u will soon be able to cope up wid that too…try distracting ur mind towards other things in lyf instead of rltnshp 💞

Hello!
It will be hard because a 6-year relationship came to an end. It will hurt, make you feel vulnerable, would want to get out of everything that’s making the whole thing even worse.
Remember that because of one relationship one shouldn’t let others affect it or stay from it and vice-versa. It goes for all kinds of relationships.

Try this, take 1-2 days off, don’t study rather gather your thoughts and questions and answer them yourself to see where are you leading with the break-up and how are you dealing with the pain. Once you know how much you are healed then start your studies again. Ik the feeling not because of the relationship but because of other reasons, I try doing the same. Maybe this helps you too.✨
