I wanted to pursue mtech in national level college but by 3 ranks I lost it…so I took a risk for studying whole year and again writing about but in these days so many thoughts VL come I have to go for work and even my parents are saying go for work…If I start working there is no satisfaction at all…like I can’t concentrate properly for mtech bcoz of tiredness and rushing thoughts.And if I sit for studying I VL get so many distractions either from outside and inside. And it is harming my mental health thinking all this…how VL I overcom and focus on studies???

Find a way to slow down your mind? Definitely keep and finish studying, or study part time and work?
Listening is a good way to slow down. Maybe listen to a podcast or instrumental music after every 10 minutes of homework?
