OK, there is this free app called Medito that helps my sister, dancing and deep breathing helps me, also collecting quotes that inspire and help calm me help. I know it’s scary, but there is also the help lines for whatever country you’re in. I believe things will get better for you. Just hold on, OK? Please. Because the world needs people like you in it. You mean something
