My tip from a therapist: Relax your stomach. Practice doing it while breathing and counting. When youโ€™re angry your core is tensed. When youโ€™re focusing on relaxing your stomach (itโ€™s hard to do actually lol) you take away the bodyโ€™s reaction to emotion. What he told me โ€œyou canโ€™t be angry if youโ€™re relaxedโ€. Thought he was a moron initially lol. But it helped ๐Ÿคท
