My tip from a therapist: Relax your stomach. Practice doing it while breathing and counting. When youโre angry your core is tensed. When youโre focusing on relaxing your stomach (itโs hard to do actually lol) you take away the bodyโs reaction to emotion. What he told me โyou canโt be angry if youโre relaxedโ. Thought he was a moron initially lol. But it helped ๐คท
