I want to know that can depression make you gain weight. I have been very depressed lately because of some family issues. And I have gradually gained some weight.
I didnβt notice any changes in my daily chores or in my diet. I am working out the same as I did before, then why this sudden change? I am very concerned because the change in my weight was abrupt and there was nothing out of ordinary.
Is my depression affecting me so much? I am trying to get everything under control, my family issues, my mental health and my physical health. I hope everything will turn out just fine.
