even I have a very bad sleeping schedule.
I go to work so I do not wake up very late but late enough to get late to office by 30 mins almost daily .
Just try waking up little early. I mean I read it somewhere to start slow. Like first 8 or 7 then gradually make it 5.

Yeah I’ve read that too and thanks for sharing. But I’m not a fan of that approach per say. I have to do it cold turkey. That’s just what works for me. lol
It’s all or nothing.
If it’s 1/2 hrs everyday gradually. Then I start lagging and somehow convince myself to not do it at all.
