I want to feel loved But I guess Itβs not something for me. How should I change my inner voice that is currently constantly negative to be positive?
It is for you. Donβt let your mind control you . Whenever you feel or realise you are being negative take control from your mind and loudly say u deserve love u are loved and positive things. jab tak u let mind be in control u ll kind of feel more on the negative side . Stop negative self talk and reverse it to you saying positive things to you when you realise you are being negative
Im trying hard And being 100% aware of affirmations Iβm now more stressed. That my inner voice is negative, are there any videos that you would suggest or books of certain kind.
