I want to eat but I feel bad everyday. All bodies are exceptionalβ¦so why isnβt mine. Iβm trying to be confident but its hard.
hey its okay to feel that wayβ¦ eat what you want but make sure you do some physical activities like walking, or doing some exerciseβ¦ what i do is, i love late evenings around 7pm to 8 pmβ¦ so i just have a slow song playlist and walk in my house terrace for an hourβ¦ nothing like brisk walk n all, i just walk for an hour, slowly , dreaming or vibing over songs, feeling the cold breeze, talking with moonβ¦ try things like these which comforts youβ¦ and eat whtever you want and love yourselfβ¦

Start we small amount
Make it 6 or more small meals per day
Workout if possible cause that will make you hungry
