I want to eat but I feel bad everyday. All bodies are exceptional…so why isn’t mine. I’m trying to be confident but its hard.

hey its okay to feel that way… eat what you want but make sure you do some physical activities like walking, or doing some exercise… what i do is, i love late evenings around 7pm to 8 pm… so i just have a slow song playlist and walk in my house terrace for an hour… nothing like brisk walk n all, i just walk for an hour, slowly , dreaming or vibing over songs, feeling the cold breeze, talking with moon… try things like these which comforts you… and eat whtever you want and love yourself…
