Check out how Dr. Jordan Peterson deals with his auto-immune diseases.

1. Schedule your calendar. Time-block your projects and activities. Create a ritual out of them. 3 parts: Maker(Create), Manager(Call, meetings with people, etc), and Admin(Booking tickets, paying bills).
2. Do a daily morning ritual.
3. Meditate daily for 5-10 minutes. Aim for 20 minutes. If not possible, lead a contemplative lifestyle.
4. Exhaustion is caused by stuffed-down energy behind negative feelings. Start doing Inner Work. Heal through bringing up repressed feelings, allow them to stay there without judging or labeling. Let them run out its course. Do not resist.
5. Start observing your thoughts without resisting them. You are not the thoughts.
6. Use the Pomodoro technique whenever stuck with projects.
7. Get 7 hours of sleep daily. Key to replenish body and mind.
8. Daily 10 minutes mobility exercises.
9. Do something creative daily.

These are practical pointers. What is causing you stress?
What are the underlying emotions you go through regularly?

Hey, How are you doing? Sorry, I didn’t receive notifications for this thread.

Your cup of emotions seems to be like a pressure cooker. It’s either compressed or overflowing at any time.

Start doing some inner work. Once you remove a brick from a wall, the whole wall will slowly collapse. Your inner child seems to have hardened up, with all the suffering you have gone through.

Listen, this is a process every person should be taught from their childhood. Its regular maintenance one has to go through every day.

You talk about self-loathing. See it could be your inner critic. You have to stop believing in what your thoughts say. It’s all a projection. Our inner critics are formed by the voice and reasoning of our parents when we were little.

You are free to stop doing what it says now. It follows a feedback loop pattern.
So, you start believing in thought and that creates a feeling corresponding to that. The new feeling isn’t situational-based (e.g. real danger). This then creates old negative thoughts and the loop builds up infinitely. Till you lock it away and stop feeling it.

See if you have tendencies of BPD or ADHD/ADD. It can be healed.

Recognize that you are the knowing (awareness) that has the experience of thoughts, feelings, emotions, unconscious beliefs. Identify with that knowing. Also, remember that it’s all happening spontaneously. So, you can’t wish to become relaxed or peaceful through effort. You just be that and allow yourself to adjust.

If you are interested I can share something which works for me. It gets easier buddy. Have faith.
