I want to change myself, what things I can do? Suggest pls.
lil bit about me-
Basically all time feel is “kuch bhi karne ka mann nahi hai, I just want this life to end”.
Currently am doing nothing whole day as a jobless person and staying at home for 1.5 years due to covid shutdown made my insecurities, low self-esteem, and self-confidence worse and now am all time overthinker doing things on autopilot and at the worst of my mental health. Like I never lived a life it was all in my head and never had any real friends uk, now I am all alone.😖
I tried doing things like reading, riding etc. but I dont feel any joy now. Like from two months or so I have read only 10-20 pages of this book and I have to restart it over again to recall.
And even after turning off social media acc, I am using phone all day.
How can this change? Will it stop? I feel so done uk.

Well I did few weeks back, But now I dont enjoy it like it feels tiring more than a relaxation

Okay so this is a 4 step challenge

Step 1: get out of your house and go for a 10 -15 minute walk

Step 2: on your way back , ring your neighbours doorbell

Step 3: RUNNNNNNNN

Step 4: Share this with anyone of your friends.

I know this sounds really silly, but that’s the point I want to see how bad do you really wanna change yourself also this will push you out of your comfort zone.
