How does one cope up with depression... Am I in depression.. I'm just confused.. I'm always tired, don't have energy to do things that I like.. I'm easily irritated, at times can't concentrate on anything.. Can anybody help me and clear things out for me..

How do you get out of depression?

For anybody going through depressive episodes,plz accept that you are not going to feel motivated intrinsically. I dont mean to make you feel like shit but thats the truth. So, do not expect that "one day". That will never come. Instead, get past your mind knowing that you probably will have a lot of resistances for anything new. Expect that reaction and do it anyway. Do it for a month atleast. Tweak it to suit your requirement, take care of your physical vessel.

Depression is like quicksand. The more you try to get out of it, the deeper you end up.
