When I feel anxious I drink something cold and it helps me relax, although music never helps instead it caused distraction only. Try massaging you head gently,also gently move tip of your fingers over your brows and eyes. This will release stress from your eyes. Also keep your phone aside on silent or switch off mode.

okay so I know this might sound silly but I TRY to journal almost every night before I go to sleep. With my anxiety and depression, I have so many thoughts going through my head so it always makes me feel better when I write out those thoughts. I know thats so silly to say but it works for me. I do feel more relaxed and at ease once I can get those thoughts out. I hope I could help and you get peace of mind too.

Try asmr videos maybe. It always helps me with my anxiety. I really like karuna satori asmr or even glow asmr
