Do you meditate?
Okay! Thatβs great! maybe try meditating as well! I mean you have to be stronger in yourself. Witnessing someoneβs pain or feeling someoneβs emotions shouldnβt affect your state of mind.
What I do when I witness something like this is, I pray to the universe that please help this person and either show him/her a way to be out of their misery or give them the strength to bear the pain.
and if possible, I try to help them in my capacity!
