I am finding it so hard to get a girlfriend lol 💔

I was in a relationship for past 3+ months when I met her in college for a short term course, she came to delhi to attend it and eventually we fall in love....but she was the one who chased me and my attention initially and things started moving more deeply....we spent very good time with each other...we used to talk almost whole night....chat whole day whenever possible....meeting up every alternate days / weekends......then one days she opened up about her very bad past relationship with someone for 6+ years with whom everything was decided and they will marry soon...but things went wrong and they decided not to continue anymore but as per her they never breakup formally ....she never contacted him nor he contacted her, now because of this she is having very bad mood swings every 3-4 days and it was manageable initially when we got into relation.
but now since last month ...she is like I don't want any relationship and she want to to be alone as she says his past memories are still afresh and she can live with that, she said this to me earlier also but more in a casual way but this time it's like that she don't even want to talk on call nor even in a good way on chat....only talks to the point and no personal questions.
if I don't text her she never text me....even many a times she had blocked me everywhere for days and then unblock sometimes just to ask about the course.
I really love her and it feels like I can't live without her....I am having sleepless nights , crying and my mind is fully occupied even on the days in my office with her memories.
she had now shifted to her hometown in assam and no plans coming back to delhi as of now.
I really don't know what to do now.

Depression

After 5 years we met again in a function, I gathered courage to speak to her with a sorry though have done nothing wrong with her but always felt maybe I have been wrong somewhere becoz of what things went wrong...
But she ignored me and pretended not to hear me when I called her name loud saying I was sorry she shouted at me saying Whyy nooo please and left....
I was so broken again

Omg this is like my 2nd time writing on this app. 
But I really need more advices and thoughts on this before I might do something I regret.

Recap my partner blocked me from messages and social media because I say a few things that offend and hurt  her in call earlier this week.

To be honest we had big fight really often every 1 or 2 month. 
This relationship isn’t really healthy for me recently. We’re both in depression, so our mood are not always the best and we are both over thinker. 
normally I gather my thought before apology. But by the time she read it I was blocked.
EVERYTIME we fight she’s alway given me the silent treatment. In person she ignored me like a ghost. Usually on bigger fight we had, I’m blocked so I can’t never reach her till I ask a mutual friend too. 
It’s like she’s never wanting to fix things till I’m tired and takes out effort to reach her. 
One times when I had talked about my feeling after the past fight 

she told me she was trying not to laugh and texts other peoples about it. Now that I thought about it ouch it hurt.

To be honest now I’m not gonna even thinking the possibilities of fixing things during this fight. Because no matter what we wouldn’t able to communicate. But I at least want the last chance to say something. Her birthday is coming up and I’m not really sure im able to talk to her in time.

I’m really depressed because since I’m blocked I can’t get a hold of her, or tell her any of this. It’s like whenever we had a fight I’m always the person who gives so much effort resolving the conflict. 

Is it bad that I think her immature ignoring and blocking me is a bad thing?
I understand she’s hurt about what I say but her giving me silent treatment is killing me so bad. I’m stressed over it because I can’t reach out to know how she’s is feeling. I tried  my hardest to give her the most genuine apology but I got blocked after.
