I wanna know one thing today… Why is having a physical relationship before marriage soo wrong? Why is s_x such a taboo in India? I saw someone’s post today and he mentioned that girls should maintain her virginity till marriage and he was going on and on about divorce happening bcoz of this reason… ( before that I wanna clear that am also a girl) first of all clear me one things… Dating before marriage is fine han? But having physical relationship with that person is wrong bcoz as they say you should save it for marriage… It’s a part of a relationship ( obviously the whole relationship based on this thing is wrong) and it’s a kind of love making people do? What do you guys think?

Yeah i saw that post too,and tbh it’s very hypocritical ,why should women be the only ones expected to be virgins while men don’t have to.I get that it’s a personal choice for the poster to say those thing,but it’s like saying"women should not have fun,but men can "

Firstly i refrained responding but as i see this issue been fired up!!

Opinion- i have read your post multiple times before typing this. And i see it’s you who asked ppls opinion so you have diverse ppl responding you count me as well!
Exception: Top echelon of society, liberal minds,
Opinion: As we are typical indians and we have stereotypes too… Still far behind to western culture (social acceptance )… And most of the men don’t want there marrying partner to have s_&_ relationship in past because they afraid they will do it again!! (*in some cases it do happen news life running away with bf after marriage, uploading nu… E pics of previous partners, etc) . , they see this as tendency (character of that girl)…
… This most of the girl are consuming lots of digital content which says all this are appropriate and decides your liberal minds…
And to those hardworking guys(Academic) they prefer most without relationship girls… Most they don’t want there future relationship to have any uncertain twist in later life (especially marriage the important decision of life) …
This is what i perceive present scenario of lower&upper middle class… In most cases this ppl if openly admits… They are accepted by real society… You might get heads nodding and likes over your post in social posts… But hardly approved by indian society (at present)

And after marriage it’s not about only girl… The two family will be affected (now the marrying partner is also associated with what you did previously, his respect to the society, family, workplace (itself here one guy from google divorced girl afraid of stigma associated with it)…
It’s not about judging you by your physically relationship
