Today there is a strange restlessness in my mind As if something is lost. This restlessness is troubling me...

Does anyone in this group suffer from ocd,anxiety issues

Is some here a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) like me? I’m introvert but I do speak when spoken too. I find it difficult to initiate conversation that’s all. Im more into solitude. It’s very difficult when you are an HSP because your nervous system is very active and as a result you can pick up any change in the environment but more importantly that change can make a very big impact on you because of the sensitivity. So I have to avoid horror or action or drama or even highly comic movies or exciting games because that can act as a powerful stimuli. As an HSP I’m prone to deep thinking and very creative. I wish I was a bit extrovert so that i could fit in. I wish people would understand and not play with my feelings. It’s very difficult with your nervous system more sensitive as compared to others. You will find me charming, calming and fun. But what people take easily or for granted I can’t. 

Anxiety

It’s like I’m stranded all alone in an ocean, floating in my back and I’m hyper aware of the possibility of storms, or dangerous things lurking in the water. And if I think about it them then I start to panic and I’m pulled into this freezing cold water. And my lungs are filling up and every regret I’ve ever had is circling around me in the vast blue. I don’t how but eventually I end up on my back again, floating with a little more water in my lungs than last time. And I’m completely aware of what’ll happen if I think for too long. I’ll be pulled back in and my lungs will fill some more. And I’m starting to wonder when my lungs will fill too much and I’ll stop coming back and just start to sink. When will I stop returning to that anxiety inducing floating position, and just be lost, gone, completely?

After my ex leaked my self harm pictures also claiming that she wanted to leave me 6 months back(leading me on for 6 months), she came and told me a few days back that you are too sensitive and you overthink a lot and in my head I was like you put me in a place where I had to overthink because of the judgement I received from the society. I do not know how to comprehend this situation.Is it a crime to be sensitive? If I am a boy I need to be all strong ?
