i used to eat once a day. i didn’t feel hungry and i just didn’t like to eat. i was underweight and had low blood pressure. but i was 100% okay with this. besides, people kept calling me skinny, and skinny shaming isn’t harmful, right? 🙄 anyway. then, i visit extended family who eat 3 times a day, every day, for two weeks. then, i go out and travel almost every day for another two weeks, so i’m forced to eat more to top up my energy reserves. it’s been a month since i returned home and i’ve been eating way more than i used to. my body is now used to eating 2-3 times a day and i am so sick of it. i hate it.

eating 3 times a day is completely normal
why are you sick of it? does it make you look fat? in the end it doesn’t really matter since you’re really just taking care of yourself

i don’t think i look fat. my issue is that i don’t like feeling hungry or eating, and pretty much all i can eat right now is either instant noodles or instant oatmeal. i don’t use my energy like everyone else. i don’t have a school or workplace to travel to every day or have people to meet. so what am i eating so much for?

maybe it’s a coping mechanism for something? I’m not really sure but it might be related to u personally

I also eat 2 times a day, but buddy try to eat, it’s your health, I can totally relate u… it’s hard. But atleast try to eat 2 times a day, ok take care…
