I think I’m dealing with depression, anxiety and anger issues.
And I would like to sort it out. Just feel stuck though.

That is wonderful that you have decided that it takes guts to accept but you have so you can have a talk with yourself self reflection is important writer everything down on a paper. If it’s really bothering you ( if you are not able to do daily activities in peace) then you might need a little help don’t get me wrong yes I’m talking about therapy or psychologist. No there is nothing wrong with you you are not crazy it’s not a bad thing they can teach you coping strategies which can be helpful, they can answer how you feel? What to do? What triggers it ?everything. I hope you don’t take it offensive, I’m really sorry if you felt that way it wasn’t my intention. I am here for you and I believe in you better days are on their way.

I am diagnosed with severe depression & anxiety. I got this diagnosed at a psychiatrist clinic. I was on meds for past 2 years. These meds helped me to think straight. I used this time to put a routine in my life, i started journaling at the end of the day, working out has become a daily routine, I meditate & i let go at the end of the day.
Now I am off meds. Shared with you my journey thinking it might help you to choose a direction.
Remember what you are thinking and going through is just chemical imbalance of hormones and neurotransmitters in your brain. This is not you. It does not define you. You dont have to feel like a failure or feel guilty for what you are going through…
But please seek help. Dont think of what society thinks and stuff… ok
