I think I may have ADHD. Iβve been thinking this for quite a while, but I donβt know how to bring it up to my counselor and ask if I do or donβt. But Iβm showing a lot of symptoms, I just donβt want to self diagnose. Itβs not like I want it, but it would give a much needed explanation to my random energy outbursts and short attention span. When I try focusing, I end up getting distracted by the slightest things and itβs causing me to fail in school. I keep going off topic when trying to have a normal conversation and I often block out someone whoβs talking to me by finding something else that takes my attention. I tried having a conversation with my niece and ended up spacing out 7 times during a 15 minute conversation. I donβt know if this is ADHD or some other mental disorder thing, but itβs the only reasonable explanation. I can barely even sit during my classes anymore and keep getting up and doing something else. My mom tried putting me in a room with no distractions so I can actually do my work, and I ended up getting distracted by a little piece of tape I found on the table. I donβt know whatβs wrong with me.
see it is alright dear, donβt worry, for now, I have no words but I guess u will find the actual path soon :)

Hello. I see the way u are suffering. Maybe you can consult a doctor, which is the best option because he knows what is best for you.
its really a small issue which can be worked out, talk to your mom and your councilor openly and confidently. Nothing to be ashamed or scared about
Contact a professional first then people diagnosed with ADHD you will feel normal.
