I think I just feel lost. Sometimes in between conversations, sometimes while working - its like a train hits me and I am lost. I feel sad and depressed and like not doing anything. I just want to lie down and do nothing. I usually stare into nothingness and my thoughts are very negative. I feel extreme anxiety also many times.

Any suggestions on what is this and how to cope up with it?

I think you feel that you’ve got nothing to do. So the best way is to set a target or a goal for each day, and try to complete it. This will keep you occupied, and you won’t feel lost. When you achieve the goal, you’ll feel satisfied. You’ll get motivated to continue doing that. When you achieve your goal, you feel confident on yourself, and then, there’s no way anxiety can enter your life. Just believe in yourself, and this will keep all the negative energies and thoughts away from you, because you know that you’re positive. And to conclude, never give up, 'cause hope never dies :)
