And yes, it’ll be great if you can communicate with ur therapist as she can understand your thoughts well coz you have been taking therapy sessions! Just be a lil bit confident while you tell your therapist abt your crush!^^

Because the point is that this crush should NOT harm your mental health and your relationship with your therapist.
