I started my weight loss journey in lockdown 2020 and lost almost 10 kgs and was happy and that too in home workouts after that I had to relocate my place and the place is so remote I have no friends there and have so many stress regarding my college and others problem that I started gaining weight … From today I wanna start again what I did … just need your support I know I can do this again I would be happy to see your opinion thank you 😄

Yes calories deficit is the key …do as much of strength training and any form of cardio … be consistent results will come soon !!
