I start coaching for probably the most important exam in my life in some time. And i am scared. I am that one person who believes in extreme cases - eg perfection kr nothing and I am so stressed about being burned out once again. I had a burn out in 2019 and because of that I have depression (not diagnosed but all the symptoms are there)
I don’t know and never have been taught how to balance things in life.
I am so scared that i might turn out like an alcoholic
Please help

Yes I have been burnt out as I have been working with startups… just came out of it from March this year

I play soccer and have diverse group of friends . Also met many people and connected with them…took very small breaks to break the monotony.
