That could be depression, anxiety, etc. You should go out and seek help and if that is something, you feel is not something you want to do, then meditation help. Try the headspace app. Work on yourself and don’t worry about other people.
This could be mood disorder/ bipolar disorder /dissociative disorder or a dissociative fugue you should take professional help if it is really bothering and if it is happening frequently
