i self-isolate whenever i feel like this dont go my way or if i feel very bad about myself. i know i have friends to talk to and all but i feel like they wont understand.

actually, no one is pressuring me. its just that i overthink everything and just imagine the worst case scenarios and it keeps replaying in my head. especially when its about school. there are a lot of what ifs. my friends are over-achievers and are very competent, and i admire them for that. but sometimes, they just make me question myself and my progress. my grades are great actually but the journey just to get those numbers are deadly.

lately i also cant remember too well and i am always out of focus. i want to get back on track again but i feel like i cant because i am always too tired. my sleep schedule’s also very very bad.
